The Corporate Services group offers a range of products and services in tax-neutral and tax-advantaged locations to assist corporate and institutional clients undertaking a range of investment and financing transactions. It has major offices in the Cayman Islands, the Channel Islands, Delaware in the United States, Dubai, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mauritius, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom and can provide a full back office capability where clients do not have their own infrastructure.

The group has also been at the forefront of the development of Cayman, Jersey and Ireland as centers for capital market activity, providing trust/company management and administration support to many of the transactions which are administered by the Debt and Structured Finance teams in Trust & Securities Services as well as third party client arrangements.
