The Global Equity Services group specializes in administering cross-border equity structures such as American and global depositary receipts and global registered shares. It also offers paying agency, AGM, advisory and shareholder services for German and non-German companies with registered or bearer shares listed on a German stock exchange.

Serviced by expert staff on the ground in London, Frankfurt and New York and supported by the global infrastructure of Deutsche Bank’s Trust & Securities Services, the Global Equity Services team currently provides cross-border or domestic equity administration to clients in more than 60 countries.
